Seattle Limos ® Terms & Condition
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
A credit card is required for all the reservations and prearranged pick ups. All credit cards will be authorized for the agreed price before the car leaves the garage or our office. The client will be charged at the completion of the reservation. Seattle Limos ® accept all major credit cards. We will send you a final invoice with any additional charge you may accrue during service, including, “Additional Wait Time”, “Overtime” “After hours”, “Fuel Surcharge” “Gratuity” “No Show” and other services fees that may apply, will be itemized on the final invoice.
Other charges will apply for damaged to the vehicle such as broken glassware, carpets, electronic equipment, seats,bars, lights, etc. There will be nonnegotiable charge of $400 for vomiting inside the car
Personal Belongings: Seattle Limos ® should not be held responsible for articles left in our vehicles, lost, stolen or damaged. The client waives any and all responsibilities Seattle Limos ® regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of any personal items. Please check for your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
Suitable Behavior: Please be respectful to the drivers, refrain from the use of foul language or abusive behavior, it will lead to cancellation and immediate termination of the transportation. Full quoted price and other applicable charges such as any damages to the property of Seattle Limos ®, and its drivers well being, applicable court expenses, attorney fees, etc. will be applied.
No Liability: We are not liable for situations beyond our control, including bad weather, the road under construction or any vehicle mechanical breakdown, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
Seattle Limos ® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Terms and Conditions shall be deemed complete and effective upon posting on our www.seattlelimos.com
* On Time Guarantee:
If we are 15 minutes late, your ride is free. To qualify, customers must reserve online and at least 24 hours in advance. Excludes weather-related delays. Covers base fare value up to $100, and excludes tolls, tips and surcharges.
** Corporate 50% First Ride Discount:
The 50% off your first ride, corporate discount, is applicable after a valid appointment has been set up to discuss the setting up of a corporate account.
